This Privacy Policy explains who we are, how we collect, share and use personal information about clients and users and their privacy rights. Mirita IT BV (further «Mirita» or «M-IT»), a company incorporated in Belgium and was registered at 3803, Strijderslaan 20, Wilderen with company number BE 0773366548. Mirita provides a wide range of services in the field of computer technologies. Our company parts are: Mirita IT, Mirita Sales and Mirita Graphics. Mirita IT is a developer of software, applications and websites. Mirita Sales is an online webshop for sales and purchases of goods between people. Mirita Graphics is the 3D modeling department of various objects for architectural design and Game Dev production.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect by our websites, databases, software and etc. By using our products and services, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to our processing of information as specified there.

Most of the information that we collect about you comes directly when you create an account on our websites. In general, the information we may collect about you relates to the type of device you are using, information that helps us identify you and the information that you submit to us when you voluntarily contact us. We may also collect information for conducting transactions through our payment system on our websites. 

Information that you provide voluntarily

Certain parts of our Services may ask you to provide personal information voluntarily. For example, we will ask for personal data in order for you to create an account, such as:
your name, email address, phone number or other details, necessary to process your inquiries; Any information you submit to our support team via email.
We may also request additional information when processing your requests, if this is necessary when solving the task or the problem.

Information that we may collect automatically

When you use our Services, we may also collect certain information automatically from you and/or your device which may be considered personal information under applicable data protection laws, such as:

No special categories of information

We do not ask our customers and users for additional information about their bank accounts. We do not create additional links to Internet pages for paying for goods and services. Mirita implements transactions directly in its payment system from your personal account. 
Also, we do not request personal data of users that are not required for registration and creation of accounts in our systems. Kindly be cautious when sharing this information about yourself or others.

IN WHAT CASES CAN WE SHOW INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO THIRD PARTIES

  • In response to law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence. 

  • For purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, the disclosure is necessary or appropriate. 

  • If we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or to protect our operations, users or user experience. 

  • In the case of joint implementation of the project with the consent of the Client. 

  • When Mirita IT is reorganized, merged or sold, we may transfer the information we collect to the relevant third party as part of the legal continuation of the company's activities.

ADVERTISING

In order to promote our business, we place adverts of our company on third-party resources and advertising of third parties on our website.
When placing our adverts, we do not share personal data of users and clients. Mirita uses only information related to the services and projects.

OUR PAYMENT SYSTEM

Please pay attention to the terms of our payment system on the Mirita Sales website. We have implemented this system in order to achieve the protection and security of the deals and transactions for the buyer and the seller.
When creating an account and conducting transactions through our website you automatically agree to the terms of operation of our payment system.

Any personal data about your bank account or your location or identification is not stored in our system. All additional data storage conditions are described in the privacy policy of the payment system we use. we are not responsible for the data stored in the payment system and its usage in the payment system.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 16 (“Children”). When we collect personal information, we do not know the age of our users. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us any Personal Information, please contact us. If we will be aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 16 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

RETENTION OF YOUR DATA AND DELETING YOUR DATA

We collect and keep your information for as long as needed to provide you our services. Also, we can do it longer then during our commercial relations, but only in a way that it cannot be tracked back to you. 
We delete the information we collect about you as soon as we do not need it for the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy. If your request does not lead to cooperation, we will delete your personal data. Your personal data may be deleted by the website administrator in the following cases: 
(a) The personal data is no longer needed in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
(b) You withdraw your consent, and no other lawful ground exists;
(c) Deleting is necessary for compliance with EU law or Belgian law.
There are certain exceptions to the right to erasure. Those exceptions include when processing if necessary,
(a) for compliance with a legal obligation; 
(b) for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
In addition to our right to store your personal data, we may still otherwise process it, but only:
(a) by your permission;
(b) for defense of legal claims;
(c) for the protection of the rights of another legal person; 
(d) for reasons of important public interest.

We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy as necessary to protect our users, furnish current information, and respond to legal and technical changes. We will inform on the News page if we will update our Privacy Policy
